The team focuses its practice exclusively on the organization and structuring of investment funds and joint ventures and in the representation of investors in such vehicles, drawing on their shared expertise in international tax and Israeli regulatory issues, and providing EBN's clients with the benefits afforded by an investment management practice team with significant strategic depth.

EBN represents international "gate-keepers", foreign funds raising money in Israel, feeder vehicles investing in foreign funds, Israeli based funds investing in Israel or overseas and numerous investors, including pension funds, provident funds, insurance companies, investment and other companies, and high net worth individuals, investing in Israeli and non-Israeli funds of various types, as well as in international joint ventures, including in India, China and Russia.

EBN's investment management team represents sponsors of various types of funds (including private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, co-investment funds, secondary funds, funds-of-funds, and hedge funds) and of cross-border joint ventures in the full range of activities engaged in by such vehicles and their portfolio companies or investments.
