EBN has extensive experience in representing equity investors and developers in projects involving fossil and alternative energy, transportation, water purification and other infrastructure. The firm represents its clients in connection with all aspects of their projects, including in structuring, negotiating and documenting BOT (Build Operate Transfer) and PFI (Private Finance Initiative) agreements.
EBN's Energy & Infrastructure team is also a leader in structuring and financing agreements involving renewable energy sources, including the generation of solar, wind and other renewable forms of energy, both in Israel and abroad. The team is closely involved in all stages of transaction structuring and project development, from building investor groups, through the tender phase, financing, construction and operation of the facilities. Backed by extensive experience in negotiations with regulatory authorities, the Energy & Infrastructure team advises clients as to their most effective choices in addressing energy and infrastructure issues and, when appropriate, works with regulatory authorities to reach resolutions.

• Representation of Hadera Paper Mills in the development and construction of a cogeneration plant combining 
   natural gas operation at a planned capacity of 200-400 MW at its premises in Hadera;
• Representation of the AES Group - a world leading energy group, in the development of a 380 MW wind power  
  plant in northern Israel, as well as in its activity in Israel in the solar PV field;
• Representation of BrighSource Industries Israel (formerly Luz II), from the Bright Source Energy Group, in its 
  worldwide activities in the solar energy field.
• Representation of the leading Spanish energy corporation - Abengoa, in its activities in Israel.
• Representation of a joint venture of prominent Israeli entities in the development of wind energy power plants 
  overseas;
• Development of a 220MW pumped storage power plant in Israel;
• Development of a biomass power plant in Romania;
• Development, construction and operation (BOT) of a cogeneration power plant combining electricity and steam 
  output in a defense installation in northern Israel;
