EBN has an active tax department specializing in domestic and international tax matters. The tax team of EBN serves the clients of the firm on tax matters, and in particular provides tax advice (including obtaining rulings from the Israeli Tax Authority) on inbound and outbound activities. In addition, the tax practice provides advice to high-net-worth individuals including on issues relating to taxation of trusts and pre-immigration planning. Three of EBN's partners practiced as tax lawyers at leading firms in the U.S. for significant periods.
