Yael's practice includes, inter alia, representation of public and private companies in their ongoing operations in all aspects of Corporate Law, Securities Law and regulation of Capital Markets; representation of companies in public offerings in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and providing counsel in respect of corporate re-organizations, and general corporate matters.
