Yoav specializes in mergers and acquisitions, commercial and corporate law, hi-tech, securities, and capital markets.
Yoav was an associate in the firm between 1999 and 2005, and has been a partner in the firm since 2005. His practice includes, inter alia, representation of corporations in public offerings in Israel and abroad and in private placements; representation of clients in a wide range of commercial transactions in Israel and abroad, including mergers and acquisitions transactions and hi-tech transactions; provision of ongoing legal corporate advise to Israeli and foreign companies; and representation of clients in complex and diverse financing transactions.
