Roy specializes in mergers and acquisitions, hi-tech, commercial and corporate law, securities, and capital markets.

Roy was an associate in the firm between 1997 and 1999, and a partner since 2005. His practice includes, inter alia, mergers and acquisition of all types in Israel and abroad; representation of Israeli and foreign clients in diverse international transactions; representation of venture capital funds and start-up companies in raising capital in Israel and abroad; representation of clients in a wide range of commercial agreements in Israel and abroad, including licensing agreements, development agreements, OEM agreements, and joint ventures agreements; and representation of companies in public offerings in Israel and abroad.
