Miriam specializes in labor law and mediation.
Miriam's practice includes, inter alia, provision of labor law advise in mergers and acquisitions transactions; labor law litigation, including collective and individual labor disputes on, among others, non-competition and non-strike issues; drafting and handling of diverse collective and individual labor agreements, including on executive compensation and (employee) stock option plans; labor dispute negotiations; and advising the firm's corporate clients on all aspects of labor law, including employee recruitment, employment terms and termination.
Miriam is also involved in mediation together with Michal Hertzog, advocate, in commercial, civil, and banking cases.
