Nir was an associate in the firm between 2000 and 2001, and has been a partner in the firm since 2001. His practice includes, inter alia, representation of corporations in legal proceedings and petitions in all judicial instances, and in all aspects of civil, commercial and administrative law; representation of clients in class action proceedings; representation of corporations before government authorities; advising on antitrust issues, including handling applications for the approval of mergers and restrictive trade practices with the Commissioner of the Antitrust Authority; and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
