Rotem is a partner in our litigation department. Rotem specializes in commercial, civil and administrative litigation, representing corporations and individuals before all judicial instances, as well as in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as arbitration and mediation, including, inter alia, in international arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Rotem has represented a long list of clients in complex commercial disputes in many fields, including banking, communications, real estate, technology and more. Rotem accumulated vast experience in representing private companies serving as the concessionaire or its sub-contractor in various national infrastructure projects, in complex disputes relating to the project. In addition, Rotem represents market leading companies in class actions in a wide range of legal fields, including, inter alia, securities, communications, finance and external directors in derivative claims.
Rotem also specializes in communications law and represents leading telecommunications and media companies. His work covers legal proceedings, complex regulatory matters, public hearings before regulatory authorities and commercial agreements.
