Proud to have represented our long-standing clients, the Livnat Family and MedOne Ltd., in the transaction for the sale of 49% of the MedOne’s equity to U.S.-based private equity fund Berkshire Partners and to businessman Grant Van Rooyen, for a consideration reflecting a company’s valuation of approximately NIS 1.5 Billion.
MedOne is a veteran leading colocation services provider in Israel, with clientele ranging from Israeli market leaders to governmental bodies and multinational corporations.
The sellers were represented by partners Yoav Dankner and Irina (Iris) Kushel and associate Alon Abramovich of our Corporate and M&A Department and by intern Elad Amir.
