Erdinast, Ben Nathan represents Tuvia Luskin, the former CEO, a shareholder and director of Givot Olam, in legal proceedings against the other shareholders of the company, in which he claims for oppression of minority. Givot Olam operates in the business of exploration and production of oil in the Meged oil field near Rosh Ha’ayin. The matter is handled by Ran Sprinzak, Naama Ehrlich and Maya Toledano.
