Gwen Carmen

Gwen is a senior associate in the firm’s Project Finance, Energy and Infrastructure department.

Her practice includes representation of domestic and international corporations in public tenders for the finance, construction and operation of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, representation of borrowers and lenders in financial closings, including drafting and negotiating complicated finance agreements, EPC agreements and O&M agreements, as well as providing ongoing legal counsel to the projects during the construction and operation phases.
