Who bares the cost of pay during self-isolation?

A new piece of legislation is setting forth the mechanisms for carrying the pay costs for employees duty for self-isolation, due to exposure to a Covid-19 confirmed case. The new mechanisms will come in place of a previous arrangement, struck down by the High Court of Justice.
