Tel Aviv District Court rejects request for approval of a derivative lawsuit against ICL Group

Following a two-year proceeding, the Tel Aviv District Court (Economic Department) denied a motion to approve a derivative lawsuit against ICL Group (Israel Chemicals Ltd.), Dead Sea Works Ltd. and its former officers, who were represented by our firm, and charged the plaintiff with legal fees.
The case was handled by Ran Sprinzak, Arik Brenneisen and Shira Yarom of our litigation department.
