Poalim Capital Markets has invested NIS 115 million in an urban renewal company

urban renewal company ECOCITY ltd., has secured an investment and financing agreement worth NIS 115 million, provided by Poalim Capital Markets, Bank Hapoalim’s investment branch.
Eco City is represented by Yoav Dankner, Shay Dayan and Irina (Iris) Kushel of the firm’s M&A department, with the assistance of legal intern Valentina Niazov.
