Roy is a partner in the firm’s corporate and Finance & Banking department.
Roy’s practice is focused on finance transactions and he has extensive experience and wide professional knowledge in representing both lenders and borrowers in various financing transactions in Israel and abroad.
During the recent years, Roy represented his clients in complex and significant financing transactions, including in large-scale corporate financing transactions of leading Israeli concerns, in prominent real-estate finance transactions, in project finance transactions (such as BOT / PFI projects), and in innovative finance transaction which required special financial instruments.
