Alon is an attorney in the Corporate and M&A Department at our firm, and practices corporate and commercial law while advising companies across a range of industries.
As part of his role, he advises the firm’s clients on matters relating to corporate governance, equity-based compensation, commercial engagements, and contract drafting, and is involved in complex M&A transactions in both local and international markets.
Alon brings a precise and pragmatic approach, alongside strong interpersonal skills that foster effective collaboration throughout all stages of the work.

Before his legal internship, Alon served as a consultant in the legal department of a high-tech company.
During his studies, Alon was editor of the journal “Dine Israel” (2022-2023) and an editorial board member of the journal “Iyunei Mishpat” (2021-2022).
Additionally, Alon worked as a research assistant to Prof. Ronen Avraham in the field of Law and Economics, and as a teaching assistant to Prof. Arye Edrei for the course “Advanced Issues in Jewish Law,” as well as to Dr. Barak Atiram for the course “Corporate Law.”
