Ariella specializes in public and private M&A transactions, corporate and commercial law, high-tech and start-up companies, and venture capital transactions.
As part of her practice, Ariella provides ongoing corporate counsel to companies at all stages of development and across various industries, advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including drafting commercial agreements, advising on corporate governance, and offering strategic corporate guidance.
