Atara is a senior associate in EBN’s Commercial Department, specializing in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, high-tech, and venture capital.
She has extensive experience providing comprehensive legal support in financing and lending matters, representing a wide range of clients, both lenders and borrowers, in local and international markets.
Her practice includes advising on complex financing transactions, including commercial loan agreements, project finance, syndicated loans, real estate finance, secured loans, mezzanine loans, and acquisition financing.
Atara guides clients through all stages of the financing process, from negotiating and drafting financing documents to creating security and collateral structures. She also provides ongoing counsel on financing matters, including refinancing and restructuring of existing agreements.
