Ayala is an attorney in the Dispute Resolution Department of EBN, specializing in the fields of civil, commercial, and administrative law.

As part of her role, Ayala represents both private individuals and corporate clients in a wide range of legal proceedings across all tiers of the Israeli judicial systems, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Her legal work focuses on managing cases in civil and commercial and administrative litigation, international arbitration, and complex disputes, while tailoring legal strategies to the specific challenges and goals of each case.
