Profile

Eleanor is a partner in EBN’s litigation department.

Eleanor’s specialty areas are contracts, banking, corporations and partnerships, tenders, and insolvency and bankruptcy law.

Eleanor provides her clients advice and ongoing legal support, while also representing them before the different judicial, arbitration and mediation tribunals. Among others, Eleanor has represented – and continues to represent – large commercial entities in financial claims for substantial monetary sums, as well as banks in precedential actions. She has also represented a pharmaceutical company in a lawsuit regarding breach of a license agreement for the development of a drug, which led to the setting of binding precedents in the fields of civil procedure and private international law.

Eleanor was also involved in the drafting of a unique and first of its kind infrastructure tender to be based on the Design & Build model.
