Hadar is an associate in EBN’s Corporate Department, specializing in privacy law, cybersecurity, and the governance of artificial intelligence (AI).

As part of her practice, Hadar provides ongoing legal counsel to Israeli and international companies on regulatory and technological aspects of privacy law, including compliance with Israeli law, the European GDPR and CCPA, as well as on information security and the regulation of emerging technologies.

Additionally, Hadar is an experienced commercial and corporate attorney, providing ongoing counseling to corporations through all corporate life-cycle on a variety of matters, including commercial agreements, venture funding transactions and corporate advice.
