Hadas Persky is a senior associate in the EBN Dispute Resolution Department. She practices civil, commercial, and administrative litigation and arbitration.
Hadas represents both private individuals and corporations in a wide range of legal proceedings before all levels of Israeli courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation processes.
Her areas of expertise include litigation in the fields of corporate law, securities and capital markets, contracts, antitrust, public tenders, environmental law, class actions, derivative claims, administrative petitions, and complex dispute resolution, often involving cross-border or international elements.
Hadas has extensive experience managing complex litigation. She combines in-depth legal knowledge with a strategic approach to provide clients with comprehensive and effective legal counsel.
She holds an LL.B. and LL.M. in Law (with honors), as well as an MBA (with honors) from Bar-Ilan University. Prior to joining EBN, Hadas clerked at the Supreme Court of Israel.
