Idit Eisdorfer

Idit is an associate in the Real Estate department.

Idit has for more than 20 years focused her practice on land-related issues. As part of her practice, she provides legal advice and supports private clients and developers through the process of closing transactions in a diverse array of residential and commercial projects.

Idit represents clients in real estate transactions of all kinds including, among others, urban regeneration, purchase groups, and sites with multiple owners.

Her long-term acquaintance with the working mechanisms of the various authorities and all the entities active in land matters in Israel has given her extensive experience and expertise in the field.  These capabilities are expressed in the legal advice and proper and complete professional support Idit provides at all stages, as of the preliminary proceedings, arrangement of rights, planning procedures, contractual arrangements, aspects of taxation, financing, marketing, construction and execution, and through to registration of rights.
