Liz Arzi

Liz  is a partner in Real Estate department.

Liz’s practice includes, among others, option transactions, co-ownership agreements, residential construction projects, from the stage of the developer’s acquisition of the land, through to the contracts with the building contractor and the financing bank, to the sale of the apartments in the project and their registration in the buyers’ names. Liz also represents building contractors.

Liz also has extensive experience in land taxation, including preparing tax assessments in complex transactions.
