Noa Bar-Shir

Noa is a partner in the firm’s labor law Department.

Noa’s practice includes legal counsel and representation in labor and employment law, including employment law litigation in complex matters in front of the Labor Courts, arbitration and mediation processes, and including ongoing counsel to a variety of employers in the private and public sectors.

Noa specializes in advice regarding drafting of employment agreements; negotiating and drafting collective agreements; and providing ongoing legal counsel with respect to employment termination (RIFs, performance and discipline), including hearing processes, parity committees, arbitration ; sexual harassment investigations and training; and representation in front of authorities such as the commissioner for Wages and Employment Agreements in the Ministry of Finance and the Appointee on the Women’s Labor Law.
