Omer is an attorney in the Litigation Department of EBN.
He specializes in litigation and dispute resolution in civil, commercial, and administrative law.
As part of his role, Omer represents and advises both individual and corporate clients in a broad range of legal proceedings, as well as in arbitration and mediation.

Omer was awarded First Place in the Yanai Cohen Legal Writing Competition for Law Students, organized by the Israel Law & Liberty Forum in 2024, and in the Lior Waki Outstanding Seminar Competition, held by the Israeli Institute of Practical Criminal Law in 2025.
