Peter is an attorney in EBN’s Commercial Department, specializing in privacy law, cybersecurity, and the governance of artificial intelligence (AI).
As part of his practice, Peter provides ongoing legal counsel to Israeli and international companies on regulatory and technological aspects of privacy law, including compliance with Israeli law, the European GDPR and CCPA, as well as on information security and the regulation of emerging technologies.
Peter has experience advising clients on the preparation of privacy policies, conducting privacy risk assessments, preparing for and responding to cyber incidents, and negotiating agreements involving the sharing of personal data.
Certified as an Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Peter combines technological expertise with in-depth regulatory insight to deliver precise and effective solutions to the challenges of the evolving digital landscape.

Before joining the firm, Peter served in the Military Advocate General’s Corps in various roles. During his service, he was involved, among other things, in criminal cases related to computer offenses and privacy violations and accompanied proceedings dealing with complex technological issues.
