Sa’ar is a senior associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Her practice includes representing individuals and corporations across all judicial instances, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings, in matters spanning civil, commercial, and administrative law.
She has substantial experience in managing complex disputes that require in-depth understanding of diverse legal fields and the development of comprehensive legal strategies.
Her work also includes large-scale, high-impact cases, such as complex contractual claims, administrative proceedings, and derivative and class actions.
In recent years, Saar has been involved in a range of significant matters, including: representing Israel Post and the Chairman of its Board in a petition to the High Court of Justice against the Chairman’s dismissal; representing leading Israeli renewable energy companies in civil and administrative proceedings; representing clients in regulatory proceedings before state authorities; and acting for companies in high-value, complex commercial disputes.
