Tamar Lia Toledano is an attorney in both the firm’s Corporate and M&A Department and the Insolvency, Receivership, and Liquidation Department.

Tamar advises and represents corporations and private clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate formation, and drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.

Within the Insolvency, Receivership, and Liquidation Department, Tamar is involved in handling complex insolvency proceedings, including debt arrangements, bankruptcy proceedings, negotiations with companies, and representation of bondholders.
