Tomer specializes in insolvency, restructuring, corporate law and commercial litigation.
Tomer’s practice includes, inter alia, representing a variety of insolvent companies (public and private), preparing restructuring agreements and overseeing their completion and implementation, representing individuals and corporations in front of all legal courts in civil and commercial proceedings.
Additionally, Tomer specializes in commercial law, various corporate aspects (public and private), securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and provides ongoing counsel in complicated legal matters.
