Profile

Yael is a partner at in the firm’s Planning and Building and Renewable Energy Departments.

Yael specializes in proceedings with local committees, district committees, and the national council, and appeals to the district appeals committees as well as filing administrative petitions. She also advises on all the proceedings relating to promotion of zoning plans and the issue of complex permits. Yael leads on complex proceedings on issues involving betterment levies and claims under Section 197 of the Planning and Building Law.

Yael handles complex real estate transactions, integrating to this end the considerable body of knowledge and experience she has accumulated in planning & building and real estate.

In the field of renewable energy practice, Yael’s practice includes, among others, accompanying entrepreneurs on all aspects of proceedings before the planning authorities on large-scale renewable energy projects, including photovoltaic and wind energy power generation.
