Yarden is an attorney in EBN’s Dispute Resolution Department, focusing on commercial litigation across a broad range of fields, including civil, commercial, and public law.
In his work, Yarden represents both individual and corporate clients before all levels of courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings, including complex and high-impact cases.
His areas of expertise include civil and commercial litigation, administrative litigation, class actions, and proceedings before the High Court of Justice (Bagatz).
