Yaron is a partner in the corporate and M&A departments and the hi-tech department.

Yaron’s practice includes, among others, pharmaceutical research and development, the biotech and medical devices industries, technology transfer and licensing, and cyber security. Yaron’s practice also covers capital markets and the many diverse aspects of planning and implementing corporate structures, corporate financing, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions (M&As).

Yaron’s experience includes providing comprehensive legal support for Kardan and Blue Square Real Estate development and investment activities in the United States. This includes advising on the acquisition, development, and operation of real estate projects in collaboration with local developers across Florida, New York, and Pennsylvania. Services encompass drafting partnership agreements, LLC operating agreements, and ancillary documents, as well as coordinating with local consultants, appraisers, attorneys, tax advisors, brokers, and title insurance companies to ensure seamless project execution and regulatory compliance.

Prior Experience

Between 1996 and 2001, Yaron founded and managed a number of technology start-ups, where he was responsible for the planning and implementation of the international corporate and business structure of each. Over the period, he gained frontline experience of the wide range of subjects related to corporate law, intellectual property (IP) and technology law, including licensing, R&D, joint ventures with local and foreign partners, financing and executive incentive programs.
