Blue Square Real Estate Ltd. completed a successful raising of approximately NIS 200 million in a public offering of a new series of corporate bonds together with a new series of warrants.
EBN’s Capital Markets Department, led by the partners Moty Yamin and Hagar Guri, together with the associates Ofir Saada and Shaked Yehiel-Sorek accompanied the company in the issuance.
