Jonathan Achiron is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and M&A department.
He specializes in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including private and public mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, high-tech companies, and private equity and venture capital investments.
Jonathan has a comprehensive, broad-based corporate practice that involves counseling clients in cross-border transactions, public offerings, and exchange listings on Wall Street of both private and TASE-listed Israeli companies, corporate finance, start-ups, and technology.
In addition, Jonathan provides ongoing corporate counseling to corporations through all stages of development on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including private equity investments, venture funding transactions, financing and credit agreements, and various day-to-day corporate governance, regulatory, and commercial advice.
Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan served as an attorney in the mergers and acquisitions department of a leading Israeli law firm (2013–2017), and before that as an attorney at the U.S. law firm Sullivan & Worcester LLP in New York (2010–2013).
