We represented Bank Hapoalim in an agreement to provide an $85 million credit facility to a subsidiary of publicly traded Stark Power Ltd.
The facility will provide loans and guarantees to support the acquisition and development of power generation and data center projects in the United States, advancing Stark Power’s expansion in the U.S. market.
Our team comprised Uri Mandel, Partner and Head of our Energy, Infrastructure & Project Finance Department, associate Shada Samara and legal intern Gabriella Hassidi.
