Keewano has raised $12 million in Seed funding in a round led by Hetz Ventures, with participation from a16z speedrun, Remagine Ventures, DIG Ventures and angel investors.

The company is emerging from stealth with KeewanoDB, a database built specifically for AI agents and machine reasoning at scale. The platform enables AI agents to analyze large volumes of data while preserving the sequence and context of events.

EBN represented Hetz Ventures in the investment.

The EBN team included Roy Caner, Oded Natan, and Intern Naomi Gerber from our Hi-Tech & Technology Department, together with Tal Holdstein on labor law matters and Hadar Lieberman Haddad on privacy matters.
