Congratulations to our clients MED-1, Tnuport and the Dahari family on signing an agreement to jointly develop an 18 MW data center in Israel.
As part of the transaction, Tnuport and the Dahari family sold a 70% interest in the land designated for the project to MED-1. The parties also entered into a partnership agreement for the development of the data center, with an estimated total project investment of approximately NIS 700 million.
