Congratulations to our clients HyperGuest and Apax on HyperGuest’s $25 million Series B financing led by AMI Opportunities, the investment arm of Apax.
HyperGuest has developed a technology infrastructure that enables hotels and travel companies, including booking platforms, travel agencies, AI agents, and travel-tech companies, to connect and work directly with one another, without requiring a separate technological integration for each new commercial relationship.
EBN represented both HyperGuest and Apax in the transaction. We are pleased to continue supporting HyperGuest as its ongoing legal counsel since inception and to have advised our long term client Apax on this investment.
