Yael is a partner in the corporate and M&A department.
Yael specializes in corporate and commercial law and M&A transactions with a focus and broad experience in high-tech and start-up companies and various types of venture capital transactions. Yael also advises clients on technology and intellectual property matters and transactions.
Yael provides ongoing corporate counseling to emerging companies, as well as mature corporations, through all stages of development, on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including investment transactions, commercial agreements, license agreements, and corporate advice.
