Congrats to our client, Warner Music Group (WMG), on its acquisition of the Israeli music-tech company Revelator.
The transaction will integrate Revelator’s digital music distribution, royalty accounting, and analytics platform with WMG’s global operations, enhancing its offering to artists and labels worldwide.
