Profile

Daphna is the head of the environmental and ESG practice at the office.

Daphna provides legal advice to private and public entities in connection with a variety of environmental issues such as air pollution, sewage, radiation and environmental nuisances as well as in connection with business licensing and work safety issues, including assistance in the drafting and implementation of ESG policies.

Daphna specializes in accompanying M&A transactions and due diligence processes with respect to environmental and regulatory issues.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining EBN, Daphna was a senior associate at a leading law firm’s environmental and regulatory group (2016-2023), advising clients, including water and sewage corporations, on various legal issues relating to environmental law, including in the context of M&A’s. Prior to that, Daphna worked as an attorney at Adam Teva V’Din (Israel Union for Environmental Defence) for 5 years, first managing the organization’s legal aid hotline and later as an attorney specializing in hazardous materials and pesticides.
