We are pleased to have represented Red Dot Capital Partners and Canon Capital in Oligo Security’s expanded Series B financing round, bringing the round to $60 million.
The expansion was led by Red Dot, with participation from existing and new investors. Oligo Security provides runtime security for applications, cloud environments and AI systems, combining runtime visibility with real-time protection to identify exploitable vulnerabilities and detect and block malicious activity.
The EBN team included Roy Caner, Yael Benyayer, Dana Goldstein and Intern Shahar Amshalom from our Hi-Tech & Technology department.
