Alon is a partner in the Real Estate Department.
Alon has an extensive experience in representing development and contracting companies, acquisition groups, private and public entities and investors in a variety of complex real estate transactions. These transactions span a range of projects including, inter alia, residential, income yielding, commercial, retail, hotel and office projects, as well as M&A transactions, combination deals and exchanges, and urban renewal projects.
Alon was previously served as a member of Israel’s Defense Ministry delegation to New York. In this capacity, he advised on complex transactions and led negotiations with major U.S. defense companies for the evaluation and purchase of advanced weapon systems for the IDF’s elite units.
