A significant milestone for Quantum Art, one of Israel’s most promising companies in the Quantum space.
Our Corporate and M&A Department is proud to represent Quantum Art in its USD 100 million Series A funding round, led by Bedford Ridge Capital with participation from a distinguished group of investors.
The round now brings Quantum Art’s total funding to USD 124 million. Quantum Art, a spin-out from the Weizmann Institute, is developing a full-scale trapped-ion quantum computer and a platform designed for commercial-scale deployment.
Our team included attorneys Amir M. Gruber, Yosef Mark, paralegal Rachel Grin and intern Barak Steinberg. In addition, Roy Caner and Amit Horovitz from our Corporate and M&A Department advised Amiti Ventures, Vertex Israel, StageOne and Entrée, the company’s seed investors, in their seed round investment in the Company as well as in this A round.
