Almog Lifshitz is an attorney in our firm’s Commercial and M&A Department, focusing on corporate, banking, and high-tech matters.

As part of his work, Almog provides ongoing legal advice to private and public companies, partnerships, and business entities at various stages of activity. He also regularly assists companies and boards of directors with transactions, commercial matters, and the drafting of commercial agreements, among other things.

Almog specializes in banking law. His practice includes, among other things, providing ongoing advice and legal opinions on banking and financial institutions on regulatory compliance, banking licenses, regulatory approvals, and related matters.

Alongside his work at the firm, Almog serves as a teaching assistant for the Corporate Governance course at Reichman University, taught by Adv. Dalia Tal, external counsel to the firm (EBN).
