Assaf advises clients in a wide variety of tech-sectors, from domestic and international tech companies and their founders, to venture capital, private equity, and corporate investors.
Assaf provides ongoing corporate counseling to corporations and individual investors, on a broad range of transactions, including, inter alia, capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and commercial transactions.
