Dana Tirangel-Lipka has over a decade of professional experience in competition and antitrust law, both in public service at the Israel Competition Authority and in private practice, advising and representing leading Israeli and international clients.
Dana specializes in strategic and regulatory competition law matters, including advising on complex mergers and acquisitions, representing clients in enforcement proceedings before the Israel Competition Authority, providing ongoing competition law counseling to leading companies, and supporting business initiatives involving complex competition law aspects. Her work combines deep regulatory insight with strong commercial understanding, enabling clients to effectively manage competition risks and achieve their business objectives.
Dana represents leading Israeli and international companies across a wide range of industries, including retail, food and consumer products, real estate, energy, infrastructure, financial services, and high-tech. Her practice is characterized by comprehensive regulatory expertise and a strong business-oriented approach, allowing clients to navigate complex competition law issues efficiently and strategically.
Prior to joining the firm, Dana served for 10 years at the Israel Competition Authority, where she held a number of senior professional roles. In this capacity, she led complex regulatory projects, was involved in the development and implementation of major regulatory reforms, and participated in significant legislative processes, including the Food Law and the Concentration Law. She also represented the Authority before Knesset committees, ministerial committees, and governmental and international forums, and participated in official delegations conducting negotiations on international trade agreements.
Dana’s unique background, combining hands-on experience within the Competition Authority and private practice, provides her with in-depth insight into regulatory processes and enables her to deliver precise, strategic, and effective advice to clients.
