David focuses on legal and regulatory advisory work for infrastructure, energy and renewable energy projects – including solar projects, energy storage facilities and conventional power plants – particularly the financing aspects of their development, construction and operation (EPC & O&M). This includes project finance transactions, and commercial arrangements in the sector, such as power purchase agreements (PPAs).
Among other matters, David contributed legal research and due diligence support to a project finance transaction for a power plant valued at approximately $1.7 billion.

Prior to joining the firm, David worked in the chambers of Hon. Judge Amit-Anisman, Tel Aviv District Court (2023–2024), conducting research and legal writing in commercial cases and large-scale class actions.
David also served as a Research Assistant in Comparative Constitutional Law for Professor Ariel Bendor, and as a Teaching Assistant in Torts Law for Dr. Meital Gilboa, Faculty of Law, Bar-Ilan University.
